While we have over two decades of experience in the construction industry with several residential projects under our belt, we also have a vast amount of experience in commercial construction to include but not limited to; interior buildouts, tenant improvements, remodels, renovations, metal buildings, and design-build projects.
At Santex Building Company, we understand the differences between commercial and residential construction. We accordingly use different tradesmen, subcontractors, and trade partners on each type of construction project achieving the optimal outcome to complete a successful project.
