“We had a couple places. We did a full rehab on a condemned house that we brought back to life. One in Houston that was also a full rehab. Another property in Houston that we worked on with their firm. Two in Houston, one about two hours east of Houston. The end result was great. It’s always about the end results, and we were satisfied. One property was in dire need of repair, and we were able to revive the house. The project was excellent, and the high-end rehabs were good. One property was a bit challenging because it was listed on the city’s condemned list, and there were some struggles with trying to get stuff pushed through. It was in a historic district, and we had to maintain the aesthetics of the house to match the historic portion of that district. They managed to pull that through even with the challenges, when it came to windows/paint/siding. We had to maintain the aesthetic, but they pushed through and made it happen.”

They were very good. Javier is a good guy. I’ve known him for about twenty years. He’s always first on my list when I have big projects coming up. The managing of the project is done well. Being there to take care of any problems so time is not wasted. They have always improved. They have gotten better at everything they do. They’ve come a long way, from when their firm was small and just getting started. They’ve progressed. I would recommend them to anybody.
