We had a complete sewage blockage in a line in our front yard due to a tree root, which meant no flushing toilets and running showers. Of course this happened on a Saturday. First called another company since I was not sure of the cause of the blockage. They found blockage but could not clear the line since the tree root was too large. We contacted Santex Building Company since my sister had used them for a couple of remodel projects. With Javier’s (owner) own help on Saturday, we were able to get a plumber to come out on Sunday with a cutter that cleared the blockage.

We were very nervous since the first offer from the insurance company was so low, and we were not sure how we were going to make all the repairs needed.
